Job Description

Become a Customer Success Manager and ensure a seamless onboarding experience by guiding customers through the setup and effective utilization of our products. Drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive and value-driven customer support. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating closely with the Sales team to capitalize on them. Monitor crucial customer health metrics and proactively take actions to mitigate risks and prevent customer churn. Address customer issues and work with internal teams to deliver swift and impactful solutions. Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the Product and Engineering teams for ongoing improvements. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to showcase value, align objectives, and reinforce partnerships. Keep thorough and current records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.

Qualifications

1. 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role. 2. Strong communication and teamwork skills in both German and English. 3. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks. 4. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. 5. Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. 6. High level of accountability, reliability, and consistent execution. 7. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
