Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Engineer and play a vital role in supporting and expanding our YouTrack user base. In this role, you'll deliver technical guidance and pre-sales support to potential clients, conduct onboarding sessions and training for new and existing customers, and craft compelling sales and demo materials tailored to various use cases. Manage key accounts, proactively working to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Act as a crucial link between our customers and the product team, ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, you'll identify and onboard new partners, collaborating to enhance their YouTrack deployment capabilities.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of three years' experience in a customer-facing role within project management, software development, or a related field. 2. Fluency in both written and spoken English. 3. Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken German. 4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Comfort in delivering presentations (both in-person and remote), hosting Q&A sessions, and conducting product demos. 6. A technical background with experience in developer tools and hands-on involvement in software development, QA, system administration, or release automation. 7. Ability to work efficiently and independently within a distributed team. 8. Proven success in building and nurturing B2B relationships.
