India – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate II, you will be the main contact for a select group of small-market accounts, managing a portfolio with significant annual revenue. You'll also provide support to Senior CSMs on key strategic accounts, focusing on retention and growth. You'll collaborate with the Product team to roll out new products and features, gathering feedback and assisting with client adoption. The goal is to cultivate enduring customer success, retention, and expansion by building strong relationships, forecasting usage metrics, and delivering client education. You'll be addressing client challenges, promoting engagement, and partnering on special projects, while also mentoring other team members.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of two years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role. 2. Experience with Zendesk preferred. 3. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools. 5. Strong communication skills. 6. Empathetic, client-first mindset. 7. Interest in strategic or leadership growth. 8. Availability to work 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
