Job Description

As a Customer Success Advocate, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of long-tail customer accounts using a scaled engagement model. You'll execute proactive outreach programs, including newsletters, in-product messaging, and lifecycle email campaigns. You'll ensure customers receive relevant technical and educational resources aligned to onboarding, training, adoption milestones, and renewal timelines. Maintaining full ownership of CRM data accuracy, keeping account status, contacts, and health indicators up to date, is crucial. You'll monitor product usage, engagement signals, and health indicators to identify potential expansion or upsell opportunities and route qualified leads to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) or leadership using defined workflows and tools. The role also requires providing supporting documentation and account insights to assist with larger renewals or commercial conver

Qualifications

1. 3-6 Years of experience in a similar role 2. Detail-oriented and curious about how SaaS products work 3. Ability to manage a portfolio of long-tail customer accounts 4. Proactive communication skills for outreach programs 5. Familiarity with CRM data management
