Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our remote team. Engage in handling both incoming and outgoing customer interactions through various channels, including calls, emails, and case management. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, such as bookings, modifications, and providing general support. We value professional and empathetic communication, especially when resolving escalations. Document all interactions accurately in our internal systems, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure top-notch service quality and issue resolution. Stay informed about process updates, tools, and platform changes to better serve our customers.

Qualifications

1. Professional-level proficiency in Spanish (C2). 2. A good level of English for internal communication. 3. Prior experience in customer service or call center environments. 4. Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities. 5. Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously. 6. Comfortable working in a fully remote setting. 7. Bonus: Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce). 8. Background in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce. 9. Experience in technical or platform support is an advantage. 10. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools. 11. Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection (LAN preferred), Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum), Minimum 8GB RAM, Wired USB headset.
