Job Description

Engage in both inbound and outbound customer communications through various channels, including calls, emails, and case management. Provide assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries related to bookings, modifications, and offering general support. Deliver professional and empathetic communication, particularly when handling escalations. Keep comprehensive records of all interactions within internal systems. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to uphold service excellence and ensure timely resolutions. Stay informed about the latest updates in processes, tools, and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

1. Possess professional-level French language skills (C2). 2. Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency for internal communication purposes. 3. Have prior experience working in customer service or call center environments. 4. Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Capable of multitasking and effectively managing multiple cases concurrently. 6. Comfortable and adept at working in a fully remote setting.
