Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll manage inbound customer communications through phone and email with professionalism and courtesy. Provide first-contact resolution and escalate issues as needed. Process orders, returns, and replacements with accuracy while upholding price integrity. Work closely with internal teams like Technical Support, Logistics, and Sales to facilitate seamless order processes. Handle back orders efficiently, providing timely updates to customers regarding stock availability. Maintain current knowledge of company products and services to deliver precise information. Ensure customer records are accurate and confidential within our CRM systems.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration within a retail setting. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 3. Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, or similar systems is beneficial. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. 5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. 6. Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
