Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! You'll be responsible for receiving and documenting customer concerns accurately and promptly, ensuring all necessary details are captured. Adhere to company procedures and input precise trip data into our systems. Demonstrate a dedication to producing high-quality work. Handle unresolved customer issues by referring them to the appropriate department for investigation and resolution. Efficiently multitask to gather information from various systems. Educate members on our services and their insurance coverage. Be prepared to work in a 24/7/365 contact center, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays.
Qualifications
1. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 2. 0-2 years of related experience 3. 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience 4. Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills. 5. All system documentation will be in English 6. Can type 35wpm or more 7. Answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 9. Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers 10. Work overtime as required 11. Ability to work independently under general supervision 12. Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
