Job Description
Seeking a Customer Service Representative to professionally address client inquiries via calls, emails, and messages. Provide loan status updates, assist with document requests, and resolve basic loan-related questions. Collaborate with Loan Officers and Processors on administrative tasks, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups. Address and escalate urgent issues promptly, delivering high-quality customer experiences at every stage.
Qualifications
1. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 2. A customer-centric and professional approach. 3. Ability to effectively multitask and stay organized. 4. Comfortable managing deadlines and follow-ups. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 7. Prior experience in mortgage, lending, banking, or real estate is advantageous. 8. Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred. 9. Familiarity with loan documentation is a plus. 10. Knowledge of Encompass or similar systems is a plus.
