Manage cases requiring escalation to higher-level support or management to ensure timely resolution. Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Meet or exceed performance targets for key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products, services, and processes through training programs and learning modules. Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues. Perform additional duties as required to support our customer service efforts.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative II, you will need: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. 3. Familiarity with CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions. 4. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications to navigate customer inquiries and provide solutions.
