Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join Tramec, LLC as a Customer Service Representative on the 2nd shift! You'll be the main contact for customers, handling orders, answering questions, and providing support via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers. - Handle purchase orders and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Document all customer interactions accurately for follow-up. - Manage data within the ERP system (Epicor) and Conexiom. - Monitor order status and provide updates to customers proactively. - Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with quality management systems. - Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

To excel in this Customer Service Representative role, you'll need: 1. A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). 2. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting. 3. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred). 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook). 5. Ability to use standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Basic math skills for calculations and data accuracy. 8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 9. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
