Job Description
Join Stryker as a Customer Service Representative and provide crucial support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. Ensure order accuracy by validating ship-to and replenishment locations, collaborating with sales and operations teams. Your primary responsibility includes accurate data entry for all POs across various EDI platforms. Validate incoming surgery product usage, address customer issues with creative solutions, and offer phone support to sales and healthcare professionals. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, offer proactive order status updates to expedite billing, and build strong relationships with hospital billing specialists. Assist Sales Reps with pricing and discrepancy resolutions, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or GED 2. Two (2) years’ relevant work experience 3. Experience as account representative 4. Oracle, SAP
