Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate, delivering exceptional support to our international clientele. This role involves managing customer inquiries via email and various international support channels, ensuring all communications are professional and clear. You will be tasked with processing and supporting international orders, including preparing necessary customs documentation and commercial invoices. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns effectively and promptly. Utilize your knowledge of standard operating procedures and company policies to independently manage tasks. Participate in ad hoc projects and other departmental initiatives as needed. The role requires consistent and professional communication with both customers and internal teams to provide updates on case statuses and next steps.
Qualifications
1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. 1-2 Years Customer Service experience. 4. Experience using Microsoft Office Products. 5. Familiarity with P21 or SAP. 6. Salesforce Experience.
