Job Description

Lead the Customer Project Manager (CPM) function in the DACH region, overseeing disciplinary and project responsibilities within DI/IGT. Manage the Customer Project Management Team Lead for DI/IGT. Be accountable for sales/revenue for DI/IGT in the DACH region, which represents our largest business segment. Ensure all CPM & DI/IGT KPIs are met within DACH. Be responsible for the execution, implementation, and handover of DI/IGT orders originating from Sales. Ensure adherence to mandated project management standards and processes, including project planning, quality control, and budget management. Promptly escalate any deviations from CPM norms that fall outside prescribed guidelines. Conduct internal evaluations, reviews, and audits of CPM projects. Implement corrective actions as agreed upon with SCM management. Oversee the training, knowledge enhancement, and competence development of CPM managers. Offer objective consulting (pre-sales support), communication, and escalation channels for intricate customer projects. Comply with Business Unit (BU) requirements. Assign projects and customers to project managers effectively. Proactively identify, escalate, and report capacity constraints that may impede project completion in a timely manner.

Qualifications

1. Possess a university degree. 2. Several years of experience in operations, such as customer service. 3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers and their processes. 4. Exhibit good knowledge of the business area. 5. Able to work under pressure 6. Demonstrate stakeholder management skills and a professional presence. 7. Possess strong communication skills. 8. Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. 9. Demonstrate experience in managing transformations. 10. Possess a process-oriented mindset. 11. Must be a team player 12. Demonstrate LEAN knowledge. 13. Possess analytical skills. 14. Proficient in Excel and experience with service analytics tools. 15. Demonstrate professional experience in supply chain management. 16. Have project management experience. 17. PMP certification; knowledge of SAP, SFDC and PSA. 18. Possess German and English skills and leadership experience.
