Customer Portfolio Manager

Job Description

As a Customer Portfolio Manager, you will: * Act as the primary local contact between GE Vernova and assigned customers. * Cultivate customer relationships and contribute to business strategy and growth. * Develop and manage site customer communication plans, coordinating GE Vernova/Customer meetings. * Oversee Gas Power warranty and commercial considerations, balancing mutual benefits. * Manage outage/non-outage parts planning, including RFQs, quoting, order placement, and invoicing. * Handle outage planning and execution, processing Change Orders. * Manage customer invoicing, collections, and support GE Vernova's financial metrics. * Serve as the Customer Advocate within GE Vernova. * Provide leadership in resolving emergent/forced outage matters. * Ensure safe outage planning and execution, adhering to GE Vernova "Life Saving Rules." * Lead outage execution via pre-outage, post-outage, and milestone meetings. * Manage contract fulfillment, including project deliverables and T&Cs. * Handle contract performance activities related to customer sites. * Act as the interface between the customer and project team, managing information and requests. * Ensure timely issue resolution and customer updates, negotiating changes and solutions. * Adhere to contract service, operations, and performance specifications. * Negotiate proposals and administer contracts with minimal supervision. * Support manager and senior contracts personnel on contracts. * Serve as the liaison for the customer on contract matters. * Influence strategy development.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College. 2. Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry or a High School Diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in the power generation industry. 3. Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services and/or Outage Management within the Power/Energy Industry. 4. Strong oral and written communication skills. 5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 6. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. 7. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. 8. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. 9. Established project management skills. 10. Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills. 11. Advance technical knowledge in Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator, planning and executing maintenance and upgrade outages. 12. Experience presenting and managing stakeholder teams
