Customer Experience Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to: - Address customer questions via phone, email, and chat. - Help customers with updates on orders, service inquiries, and support needs. - Keep records of customer interactions in our systems. - Take care of common issues and raise more complex ones when necessary. - Track orders and follow up with customers. - Keep customer account information up to date. - Work with other departments to find solutions. - Offer excellent customer service remotely.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 1. Hold a high school diploma. 2. Have at least 1 year of customer service or support experience. 3. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Have basic computer and CRM skills. 5. Be well-organized and able to multitask. 6. Be able to work independently and manage your workload.
