Job Description

Become the go-to expert, offering insights over the phone to assist customers in pinpointing, assessing, and acquiring the ideal products for their performance or restoration aspirations. Employ a consultative method to suggest suitable solutions, elucidate product advantages, and steer customers toward well-informed purchase choices. Provide technical assistance and product suggestions to clients via written correspondence, utilizing email and other platforms. Take the initiative in making decisions about the correct product implementation, guaranteeing technical precision and compatibility with customer needs. Possess a thorough understanding of aftermarket automotive technology, particularly as it relates to the construction, modification, and upkeep of race cars, hot rods, and muscle cars. Act as a technical authority for both clients and internal teams, including sales and customer support personnel. Aid our product and e-commerce divisions in the creation and revision of website content. Work alongside internal teams to boost product exposure, client involvement, and overall sales performance. Help in the creation of instructional materials for colleagues in technical and sales roles. Take part in the creation of technical materials, such as videos, technical articles, instruction manuals, and product evaluations. Attend industry trade shows and events, representing Speedway Motors. Adopt and embody the fundamental principles of Speedway Motors. Consistently strive to enhance procedures, provide suggestions for increased productivity, streamline employee workflows, and ensure ongoing fulfillment of our customers' needs. Keep attendance regular, dependable and on time. Accept responsibility for allocated duties and honor commitments. Pursue chances for ongoing learning and professional advancement. Qualifications

1. Passion for muscle cars, hot rods, and performance vehicles. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Strong computer skills – experience in typing (30 wpm), web navigation, search engines, and essential programs like Outlook. 4. Dependable attendance. 5.
