Job Description

Join Peerspace as a Customer Experience Associate, the initial point of contact for users. This role involves assisting with host onboarding, recommending locations and services to guests, and ensuring a seamless experience. Provide exceptional service through phone, email, live chat, and social media, showcasing self-discipline and productivity in a remote setting. Proactively identify process improvements and opportunities to exceed host and guest expectations. Stay updated on trends and contribute suggestions for enhancing processes and products, playing a key role in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. 1-6 years of Corporate CX Experience 2. Experience with Intercom or similar CRM 3. Passion for problem-solving and customer interaction 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 5. Strong interpersonal skills 6. Ability to seek additional support when needed 7. Ability to prioritize competing opportunities 8. Quick adoption of new technology 9. Enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty 10. Sense of humor and enjoys teamwork 11. Familiarity with online help resources (Nice to Have) 12. Analytical skills (Nice to Have) 13. Familiarity with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) (Nice to Have)
