Job Description

Clean Earth is seeking a Customer Experience Account Manager to manage territory accounts. This role involves understanding customer needs, ensuring service delivery, and managing account performance against quotas. You will conduct business reviews, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for service expansion. Responsibilities include quoting accounts, addressing customer concerns, monitoring account health, and driving lifecycle management. Collaboration with CX Specialists and Territory Account Managers is essential, as is escalating service issues and supporting pricing accuracy. The role requires generating actionable reports and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Sciences, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. Minimum 3 years in customer service or account management (5 years with high school diploma). 3. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in CRM Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
