Job Description

Become deeply familiar with Prescryptive's clientele and their individual requirements. Offer immediate, precise, and considerate customer assistance through telephone calls, emails, and ticketing platforms like Salesforce. Boost Prescryptive's achievement in aiding individuals and strategies by pinpointing obstacles, raising awareness of patterns, and adding innovative suggestions. Work together with product development and operational teams to relay feedback that enriches the customer journey. Provide aid with client communication concerning product enhancements or introductions. Gain extensive understanding of Prescryptive's offerings, processes, and assistance resources. Improve and document the existing internal guidelines for customer support.

Qualifications

1. Background in customer support or health-related operational roles, such as PBM, health plan, or pharmacy settings. 2. An active pharmacy technician license is advantageous, though not essential. 3. Robust problem-solving capabilities, adopting a customer-centric viewpoint and acting with appropriate urgency. 4. Capable of flourishing within a dynamic, quickly changing work environment and adept at using multiple systems simultaneously. 5. Demonstrates tech-savviness and has ease working with Salesforce or similar support case management tools. 6. Exhibits outstanding written and oral communication skills. 7. A dependable work environment, inclusive of a computer, supplementary monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a secluded workspace conducive for private discussions is crucial.
