Qualifications

1. 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or CRM consulting. 2. Proven ability to drive retention and expand revenue. 3. Strong executive presence and influence with decision-makers. 4. Experience in training and performance optimization programs. 5. Data-focused mindset with KPI interpretation skills. 6. Solid commercial acumen and revenue ownership experience. 7. Preferred experience in automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or dealership SaaS. 8. Preferred CRM systems and workflow automation skills. 9. Preferred familiarity with benchmarking frameworks and analytics. 10. Preferred background in consultative selling or revenue operations.
