CRM Data Administrator
Job Description
We're seeking a CRM Data Administrator to maintain and update our CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Your responsibilities will include importing, exporting, and cleansing data within CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. You'll create and manage contact lists, pipelines, and reporting dashboards, supporting the sales and marketing team with data segmentation and campaign lists. Additionally, you'll identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicate records to enhance our CRM efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
1. Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) 2. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets 4. Good written communication skills in English 5. Ability to work independently and manage priorities 6. Reliable laptop or desktop computer 7. Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) 8. Quiet, dedicated home workspace 9. Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
