Job Description

We're looking for a Critical Maintenance Engineer to perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on water systems. The role involves conducting water sampling, flushing, and treatment activities, as well as ensuring compliance with ACOP L8, HSG274, and water hygiene regulations. You'll accurately record all site work using company systems and software, identify and report system issues, build strong client relationships, and support junior engineers.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or Legionella control. 2. Strong understanding of water hygiene regulations and best practices. 3. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 4. Confident communication and client-facing skills. 5. Awareness of Health & Safety practices (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.). 6. Full UK driving licence. 7. Experience across sectors like healthcare, education, or commercial environments is beneficial.
