Credit Assessment Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Credit Assessment Analyst to manage customer credit evaluations and analyze credit risk exposure. Responsibilities include: • Reviewing and assessing credit limits for existing customers on a recurring basis. • Analyzing payment behavior, financial data, and credit risk exposure. • Collaborating with internal teams to review and respond to business credit requests. • Recommending adjustments to credit terms in alignment with risk policies. • Conducting trade and bank reference checks for customer accounts. • Documenting credit reviews and decisions clearly and consistently. • Supporting credit-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with: 1. 2+ years of experience in credit risk, finance, or related fields. 2. Strong analytical and financial assessment skills. 3. Experience in reviewing credit limits and payment history. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Familiarity with bank and trade reference analysis. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 7. Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.
