Creative Director, Experiential Marketing
Job Description
Spearhead the conceptualization, creation, and implementation of comprehensive experiential campaigns that challenge creative norms and achieve client objectives. Spearhead and refine the creative vision for projects, ensuring harmony with brand objectives, cultural context, and cutting-edge execution. Direct cross-functional teams of 2D designers, 3D spatial designers, motion graphic artists, and strategists through the creative process with precision, inspiration, and resolve. Act as a key creative partner and trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and fostering confidence throughout every project stage. Work closely with strategy, business development, and production leaders to ensure outstanding creative work and strategic alignment. Confidently present concepts and campaign strategies to senior client stakeholders and executive teams. Oversee, mentor, and motivate a team of creatives, offering constructive feedback, promoting growth, and cultivating a collaborative culture of excellence. Recruit top-tier creative talent and foster an environment that values originality, inclusivity, and accountability. Supervise the development of all creative deliverables, including presentations, visual designs, copy, environmental designs, and video/motion content. Guarantee that all creative outputs are cohesive, aligned with the brand, and executed to the highest standards. Maintain ownership of the creative vision throughout production, actively collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Work with cross-functional leaders to develop a content capture plan for marketing materials. Following project completion, lead the creative team in creating recaps, case studies, and sales/marketing collateral.
Qualifications
1. Possess 10+ years of creative experience with a proven track record in experiential marketing, brand activations, and cross-platform campaigns. 2. Have 4+ years in a senior creative leadership role with client-facing experience and team oversight. 3. Demonstrate a strong command of visual design, storytelling, and presentation tools (Google, Adobe CC, Figma). 4. Be familiar with digital engagement tools and platforms (e.g., AR/VR, interactive content, social media integrations). 5. Have experience working with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors.
