Job Description

Join our team as a Copilot Developer and play a pivotal role in designing, building, and customizing innovative solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. You'll be at the forefront of AI-driven development, creating copilots with Copilot Studio topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI features. Key responsibilities include: 1. Integrating copilots seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and various third-party systems. 2. Developing and configuring Power Automate flows to enhance Copilot actions and streamline workflows. 3. Utilizing REST APIs and connectors to extend Copilot capabilities and drive innovation. 4. Applying prompt engineering best practices to ensure accurate, relevant, and safe AI responses. 5. Implementing robust security measures, access controls, and governance aligned with enterprise standards. 6. Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic Copilot use cases. 7. Conducting rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization of Copilot performance and user experience. 8. Creating comprehensive technical documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess: 1. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and a proven track record of successful implementations. 2. A strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps. 3. Experience with API integration and data connectors, demonstrating your ability to create seamless connections between systems. 4. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems. 5. Familiarity with conversational AI design principles and prompt engineering techniques. 6. A solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance concepts to ensure the integrity of our solutions.
