Contracts Analyst

Job Description

As a Contracts Analyst, you will: - Analyze HealthEdge and HealthProof contracts to extract key information into standardized formats. - Support the development and updates of Statement of Work templates. - Audit HealthProof’s historical contract archive by reviewing past agreements. - Help establish and maintain processes and templates for SaaS and BPaaS Deal Reviews. - Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Sales Operations, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A four-year college degree from an accredited institution. 2. 0-2+ years’ experience in healthcare sales, software, and services. 3. Proficiency in using technology to develop solutions based on a set of criteria. 4. The ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Excellent team player skills and ability to work across teams. 6. Strong time management and organizational skills. 7. Good typing skills and knowledge of desktop tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams. 8. A solid understanding of AI/Claude, DB query tools, and other technical office applications (e.g., CSV files).
