This role involves managing real estate transactions, maintaining clear communication with clients and legal teams, and drafting and reviewing crucial real estate documents. The ideal candidate will ensure all deadlines are met, contributing to the efficient progression of legal matters.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, specifically with Florida real estate matters. 2. Comprehensive understanding of Florida real estate transactions and processes. 3. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts and closing documents. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage real estate transactions from inception to completion. 5. Experience in title policy preparation. 6. Ability to coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other relevant parties. 7. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines consistently. 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even in a fast-paced setting. 9. A proactive approach to work and effective professional communication skills.
