Contract Performance Manager
Job Description
Manage overall contract performance, encompassing total cost of ownership through safety, quality, on-time delivery, unit price, and supplier relationship management. Establish and oversee operational rhythms with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for GE and its partners. Offer essential support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management, contract terms & conditions (T&Cs), and handling of claims. Take responsibility for supplier performance, including safety, compliance, quality, delivery, commercial aspects, readiness, and all related elements. Act as the primary negotiator in significant transactions and oversee negotiations among the working team, including legal, finance, compliance, engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, product lines, customers, and suppliers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Commercial Operations, Sourcing/ Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Management experience) 2. A minimum of 5 years Commercial Operations, Sourcing/ Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Management experience
