Contract Management Support Subject Matter Expert
Job Description
Provide contract specialist support to the Acquisition Management Division (AMD) across the full contracting lifecycle, including pre-award, source selection, award, and post-award activities. Assist with procurement planning, acquisition strategies, solicitations, and source selection plans. Conduct market analyses, support source selection evaluation teams, and prepare draft award documents and negotiation memoranda. Support post-award contract administration, including modifications, delivery orders, invoice review, and funding tracking. Maintain contract files and documentation; track ceilings and funding. Offer recommendations on contracting processes and issue resolution.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (accounting, business, finance, law, etc.) or equivalent coursework. 2. FAC-C Professional (Legacy Level III) or DAWIA equivalent certification with at least five (5) years of federal contracting experience. 3. Demonstrated expertise in the full acquisition lifecycle in a federal environment. 4. Strong knowledge of FAR and agency-specific supplements. 5. Experience with source selection, cost/price analysis, and contract modifications. 6. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 7. Prior 1102 contract specialist experience preferred.
