Contract Integration Analyst
Job Description
The Contract Integration Analyst plays a crucial role in managing Incora's special customer contracts within the aerospace supply chain. They will leverage their expertise to administer and fulfill the implementation project by organizing the project, transition, and providing any on-going support to the company's customers. The analyst will follow implementation plans, coordinate with operations, define parts requirements, map customer production floors and assist in installing scanning and barcode equipment. Moreover, they will improve processes, test hardware/software, and ensure regulatory compliance. Frequent travel will be required to support projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years experience in JIT, VMI, and/or 3PL environments. 3. Specialist knowledge of aerospace hardware products and JIT contract services. 4. Experience within an implementation process or teams. 5. Ability to train and/or lead others. 6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 7. Accurate data entry and documentation skills. 8. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Excellent customer service skills. 10. Detailed oriented with in-depth research abilities. 11. Ability to be cross-trained. 12. Strong competency with integrated data systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
