Contract Data Engineer

Job Description

Corndel is looking for a Data Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of data integration and management solutions. You will be building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to enhance data quality, with a focus on Boomi and advanced SQL development. The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to uphold high standards of data quality, governance, and documentation. You'll also support data migration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and integration workflows, contributing to best practices in data engineering, architecture, and DevOps. The primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Boomi, specifically Data Hub.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Data Engineer in a contract or project-based environment. 2. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning). 5. Experience building and maintaining data integration pipelines. 6. Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. 7. Experience working with structured and semi-structured data. 8. Hands-on experience with Boomi, specifically Data Hub. 9. Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
