Contract Analyst
Job Description
ICON plc is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage invoicing and contract-related tasks. Responsibilities include preparing, verifying, and executing invoicing through electronic processing and reporting for a designated portfolio of accounts. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, reconciling accounts, and investigating discrepancies. You'll need to stay informed on contract progression related to invoicing units and collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and resolve client discrepancies. Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field is preferred. 3. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
