Canada – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Apply established best practices and structured processes for the administration and management of contracts. Perform invoice verification, contract compliance checks, and enforcement of contractual terms. Administer a range of contracts from post-award through close-out, including proper contract kick-offs and final close-outs. Ensure contractor compliance with all technical, commercial, and contractual terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle. Verify contractor charges against agreed rates, pricing, and mark-up structures, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. Support monthly project reporting by providing contract performance data against key KPIs such as payment timeliness, cost, schedule adherence, and productivity. Lead the timely resolution of payment issues, claims, and contract disputes. Assist project teams in interpreting contract terms and conditions. Contribute to continuous improvement of contract templates, tools, and procedures based on lessons learned during contract administration activities.

Qualifications

1. 6+ years experience in a similar role 2. Strong communication skills - both written and oral 3. Strong negotiation, planning and leadership skills 4. Proficient computer skills 5. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is considered an asset. 6. Past Contract Admin work in mining is an asset. 7. Are you currently eligible to work in Canada?
