Join Porch Group as a Content Publisher! You'll be responsible for publishing and formatting content in our CMS, adhering to documented SOPs. This includes reviewing and cleaning basic HTML markup, ensuring accurate content migration, and performing QA on published pages to catch formatting errors. Be proactive in flagging any issues and maintain a high level of throughput while minimizing errors.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent is essential. 2. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous. 3. 3+ years of experience with traditional CMS platforms like WordPress and structured CMS tools such as Contentstack or Contentful is required. 4. Possess strong written English skills to identify errors. 5. Demonstrate basic HTML understanding for markup and cleanup tasks. 6. Consistently follow documented processes across numerous pages. 7. Be self-directed and reliable, managing your queue effectively. 8. Show strong attention to detail, recognizing the impact of small errors. 9. Experience with content migration projects is valuable. 10. Familiarity with SEO publishing basics is expected. 11. Have a quiet workspace. 12. Maintain a reliable internet connection (30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). 13. Own a mobile Android (7.0+) or iOS (13.0+) device. 14. Ensure your device has an automatic screen lock with passcode, FaceId, or Fingerprint.
