Job Description

As a Content Operations Specialist, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the entire video content publishing process. This includes managing metadata, subtitles, audio tracks, thumbnails, and associated assets. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely publication across all platforms. You will uphold high metadata quality standards, manage content updates and corrections, and curate content rails within our application. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize content placement and discoverability. Partner with localization, QA, product, and engineering teams to guarantee content readiness and quality, and manage content scheduling, including publish and unpublish timing.

Qualifications

1. 4-6 years of experience in content operations, digital publishing, or related fields. 2. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing workflows. 3. Strong understanding of metadata structures, content organization, and taxonomy. 4. Familiarity with video platforms, streaming workflows, and asset management. 5. Ability to manage complex operational processes across multiple platforms. 6. Experience with mobile, web, and/or connected TV platforms is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
