Job Description

We are looking for a Content Moderation Specialist to review user-generated content on social media, forums, and online platforms, ensuring it complies with community guidelines. You will identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content promptly, escalating complex cases to senior moderators or client teams as needed. Maintain detailed logs of moderation decisions and outcomes, and provide feedback on content trends and potential improvements to moderation processes.

Qualifications

1. No prior content moderation experience is needed, as full training will be provided. 2. Strong attention to detail and consistent decision-making ability are essential. 3. Good written English communication skills are required. 4. Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with composure. 5. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
