Job Description
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and refining engaging content across various platforms. This includes writing and editing blog posts, crafting compelling landing pages, designing impactful email campaigns, and maintaining website content. You'll transform intricate training concepts into easily understandable messages, contributing to the overall content strategy and aligning it with key business objectives. In this role, you will also manage a consistent social media calendar, creating engaging posts, captions, and short-form content while monitoring engagement and optimizing performance. You'll design simple, on-brand graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express, collaborating with designers for larger projects. Your responsibilities extend to supporting integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels, aligning messaging with sales and marketing teams, tracking and reporting on content performance, and using insights to enhance results.
Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of experience in content or digital marketing. 2. Strong writing and editing skills. 3. Experience managing social media. 4. Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects. 6. Willingness to learn and grow. 7. Experience in education or professional services (Nice to have). 8. Exposure to global or multicultural marketing (Nice to have). 9. Basic SEO knowledge (Nice to have). 10. Understanding of B2B marketing principles (Nice to have). 11. Familiarity with CMS platforms (Nice to have).
