Content Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, thought leadership articles, campaign content, website copy, executive communications, and multimedia scripts. Responsibilities include: 1. Developing and executing content strategies aligned with brand voice and business objectives. 2. Translating complex topics into clear, engaging content. 3. Editing and reviewing content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. 4. Coordinating content publication across marketing channels. 5. Maintaining brand voice and editorial style guide. 6. Analyzing content performance to improve engagement. 7. Utilizing AI tools to enhance content quality. 8. Supporting content review and approval processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have: 1. A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field. 2. Approximately 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or related roles. 3. Exceptional writing and editing skills. 4. Experience producing various content formats. 5. Ability to translate complex subject matter. 6. Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices. 7. Working knowledge of content performance and analytics tools. 8. Strong organizational skills. 9. Familiarity with editorial style guidelines (AP style preferred). 10. Experience in B2B marketing, financial services, fintech, or technology environments is strongly preferred. 11. Comfort working with new technologies and tools, including AI-assisted content development tools.
