Consumer Payments Analyst
Job Description
Seeking a Consumer Payments Analyst to support our global merchant acquiring infrastructure. This role involves managing the company's Merchant ID (MID) structure across brands and channels. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment and MID structure, driving cost efficiency and authorization performance. Coordinate with the FHI Business Development team to gather insights on new payment partner relationships, supporting proactive strategy. Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track payment processing costs, authorization performance, and operational trends. Support onboarding, setup, and maintenance of merchant accounts and acquiring relationships. Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day payment issues, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain and update standard operating procedures for all payment partner relationships.
Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of experience in operations, payments, or financial services. 2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large transactional datasets. 3. High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. 5. Experience with Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
