Job Description

Engage in active prospecting of companies, specifically targeting the B2B sector. Identify and qualify potential business opportunities. Schedule and conduct commercial meetings. Present HR service solutions in a consultative manner. Develop and track commercial proposals. Maintain and update CRM and control spreadsheets. Monitor key performance indicators and commercial goals to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

1. Experience in active sales, preferably in the B2B sector. 2. Experience selling services (consulting experience is a plus). 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational skills and self-discipline to work effectively from a home office. 5. Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile. 6. Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
