Job Description

Join our team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant and play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives. You'll engage in exciting projects, lead sub-projects with direct client interaction, and facilitate workshops. Contribute to developing new concepts and exploring emerging subject areas. Support business development activities and shape consulting deliverables. Senior Consultants will take on advanced leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of experience in strategic management consulting for Consultant level; 2-4 years for Senior Consultant. 2. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering. 3. Solid knowledge of corporate strategic positioning. 4. Extensive experience in business analysis and business process design. 5. Experience leading sub-projects. 6. Good knowledge of project and change management. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Very good MS Office skills. 9. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. 10. High willingness to travel and mobility. 11. Business-fluent German and English.
