Job Description
Join GRAIL as a Consultant and play a pivotal role in driving territory growth by implementing a strategic business plan to meet or exceed sales goals. Prospect and engage primary care practices to integrate our MCED technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and promote innovation. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders to gather field insights, implementing sales strategies, and educating healthcare providers through collaborative efforts with Medical Science Liaisons. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and build lasting relationships with healthcare providers by providing ongoing support and relevant insights. Ensure all activities adhere to industry standards and company policies. Engage in high-level product discussions and deliver value-based presentations that cater to the specific operational needs of clients. By managing customer accounts effectively and documenting all interactions within the CRM system, you will contribute significantly to enhancing cancer screening effectiveness and improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications
1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree. 2. Possess 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if you have direct GRAIL experience. 3. Have the ability to travel as required, including potential overnight stays. 4. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
