Job Description

Join our team as a Connectivity Engineer and play a key role in integrating healthcare solutions. This position involves managing system implementations, providing remote technical support, and ensuring seamless network connectivity within hospital environments. Responsibilities include: 1. Executing integration projects and defining implementation requirements. 2. Leading project management and coordinating resources for complex system deployments. 3. Providing remote software deployment, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. 4. Offering pre-sales support and collaborating on proof-of-concept initiatives. 5. Resolving network issues (both wired and wireless) in clinical settings. 6. Providing advanced third-level support for complex technical problems. 7. Creating and updating technical documentation according to standard procedures.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Connectivity Engineer, you'll need: 1. At least two years of experience with connectivity solutions, along with a bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or electronics. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of clinical workflows, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly. 3. A customer-focused and team-oriented approach, complemented by strong interpersonal and analytical abilities. 4. Technical proficiency in Wi-Fi within medical settings and a grasp of the challenges of deploying medical devices in hospitals. 5. Solid knowledge of network environments, IEEE 802.11 radio protocols, and MSSQL databases. 6. Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards for electronic health information exchange. 7. Experience in project management, resource coordination, and system integration. 8. Fluency in both German and English.
