Job Description

Seeking a diligent Compliance & QC Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include: 1. Performing daily pre-fund QC by selecting and reviewing files based on risk factors. 2. Managing NMLS and state licensing, handling monthly reporting and license applications. 3. Ensuring advertising compliance by reviewing marketing materials and Loan Officers' online presence. 4. Preparing audit materials and collaborating with peers for year-round coverage. Join our focused compliance team in a residential mortgage banker.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years in banking, mortgage, regulation, or marketing. 2. Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, SAFE Act, and UDAAP. 3. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. 4. High attention to detail and independent problem-solving. 5. Computer proficiency and familiarity with social media/advertising channels. 6. Hands-on mortgage QC platform experience (Preferred). 7. NMLS licensing administration experience (Preferred).
