Job Description
The Compliance & MLRO Officer is crucial in ensuring INGOT's adherence to regulatory standards and obligations specific to Seychelles. Your responsibilities include: 1. Conducting regular audits to confirm that all clients meet the criteria defined in the Company’s compliance manual. 2. Providing ongoing training to employees on compliance requirements and AML procedures. 3. Preparing and submitting mandatory compliance reports and disclosures. 4. Ensuring timely financial, compliance, and risk reporting to the FSA. 5. Following up on FSA inspections and providing necessary documentation. 6. Identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements. 7. Maintaining a comprehensive manual of compliance policies and procedures. 8. Developing a robust compliance culture and ensuring staff familiarity with AML/CFT laws. 9. Implementing annual training programs for relevant staff.
Qualifications
To qualify for the Compliance & MLRO Officer position, candidates should possess: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2. A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. 3. Accreditation by the FSA, demonstrating fitness and properness. 4. High integrity and exceptional communication skills. 5. Residency in Seychelles. 6. Experience in compliance within the financial services or CFDs brokers industry. 7. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
