Compliance Analyst – Program Integrity
Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure program integrity. Key responsibilities include: 1. Maintaining compliance with program integrity related regulatory laws and standards. 2. Supporting Program Integrity in maintaining compliance with all regulatory laws and standards, including HIPAA. 3. Preparing and timely filing annual and renewal program integrity filings with various departments. 4. Reviewing and analyzing state program integrity, including fraud, waste, and abuse detection and prevention. 5. Reviewing reports for regulatory requirements, assessing data collection and management processes, and recommending enhancements. 6. Assisting with maintaining program integrity related policies & procedures. 7. Maintaining databases relating to federal and state program integrity requirements and oversight. 8. Facilitating education of employees regarding program integrity and regulatory oversight. 9. Assisting in audits of the organization for compliance and program integrity. Play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Health Care Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience. 2. 2+ years in a regulatory, compliance, or legal role, preferably in healthcare or in a government agency. 3. Paralegal certificate preferred. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
