Compensation Manager

Job Description

FHI 360 is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee the design, development, and administration of compensation programs. Responsibilities include managing compensation policies, conducting surveys, and providing analytical expertise to business units. This role ensures compliance, recommends program modifications, and monitors effectiveness. The Compensation Manager will build understanding of job structures and compensation practices, preparing communications for staff and managers, and consult with leadership on pay decisions and job evaluations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience with analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs. 3. 3+ years of supervisory experience. 4. Certification as Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. 5. Prior experience with Workday HRIS and MarketPay strongly preferred. 6. Excellent communication skills in English.
