Join Lithia & Driveway as a Compensation Analyst and play a crucial role in shaping our compensation strategies. Collaborate with store management and executive leadership to develop compensation plans that align with company and dealership objectives. Ensure legal compliance and design plans that motivate employees to exceed performance expectations. Attract, retain, and reward high-performing talent through data-driven recommendations. Contribute to compensation department projects, reporting, and analytics to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2. Prior experience in compensation or HR analytics is advantageous. 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential. 4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 5. Effective time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. 6. High attention to detail and a customer service mindset. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
