Job Description

Join our team as a Community & Growth Specialist and play a key role in expanding our user base for cutting-edge AI products. Engage with online communities on platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, forums, and Discord to gain insights into user and creator interests. Initiate conversations and naturally introduce our product where relevant. Conduct simple demos and walkthroughs for interested users to generate early leads. Experiment with different product positioning strategies and relay user feedback to the team. Collaborate closely with the founding team to explore growth ideas and report on their effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Experience with online communities, growth strategies, marketing, or early-stage projects. 2. Strong understanding of online communication and behavior. 3. Ability to clearly explain products to users. 4. Familiarity or interest in AI tools. 5. Proactive and reliable with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
